How far in advance should we book our wedding videographer?
The time required to book your wedding videographer before your wedding day will vary . In general, the sooner you can book your wedding videographer, the better. We often get booked up a year in advance, but it is always worth getting in touch if your wedding date is sooner than that, just in case we have that date available .
Can we choose the music for our wedding film?
We only use fully licensed music in our films and ultimately we choose the music that best suits you, the footage, and your story.
Upon booking we can send you the companies we use for our music if you wish to choose. There is thousands to choose from!
What happens if you are ill on our wedding day?
One of the major advantages of choosing experienced videographers is that we have covered hundreds of weddings over the years. As a result we have built up a network of like minded videographers. So in the unlikely event of illness we have the resources to find a replacement. Giving you the peace of mind in the unlikely event that this happens.
Do you accept credit card payments?
We accept credit card through PayPal, though this will incur a 3.5% handling fee. Preferred payment is on-line banking.
How will we receive our wedding film?
You will receive an email from us with a link, where you will be able to watch on any digital device, download and share with family and friends.
Will we meet before the wedding?
It’s great to meet (if not too far away) or Zoom either at the time of booking or closer to your wedding day; we will run through how we work as wedding videographers on the day and get to know each other a little.
How long will it take to receive our wedding film?
We’ll send you a private online link where you can watch your wedding film on any device, download it and share it with family and friends.
How do you help with wedding preparation and planning?
Before your wedding day, we’ll keep checking in along the way. And we’re always happy to answer any questions you may have. We love connecting with our couples on Instagram / Email or a good telephone call so we can follow along with the countdown to your wedding day.
