As an Eastwell Manor wedding videographer, we loved filming Kat and Jordan’s wedding on one of the hottest days of the summer, with glorious sunshine creating the perfect setting for an outdoor celebration in the Kent countryside.
The day had a wonderful international feel, with Kat’s family travelling over from Spain to celebrate alongside Jordan’s family and friends. The result was a brilliant mix of Spanish and English traditions, personalities and energy, giving the whole wedding a warm, relaxed atmosphere from beginning to end.

Kat & Jordan’s Summer Wedding at Eastwell Manor
Eastwell Manor is a fantastic setting for a summer wedding, with elegant historic surroundings, landscaped gardens and plenty of space for guests to enjoy the day outdoors.
Kat and Jordan made the most of the beautiful weather with an outdoor ceremony surrounded by family and friends. Despite the incredible heat, there was a wonderfully relaxed feeling throughout the day, with guests enjoying the gardens, drinks and celebrations in the sunshine.
For us as wedding videographers, days like this are perfect for capturing the natural moments between people — the smiles before the ceremony, reactions from family members, conversations between guests and all those little moments that happen when everyone is simply enjoying themselves.
A Spanish and English Celebration
One of the things that made Kat and Jordan’s Eastwell Manor wedding particularly special was the combination of two families and cultures coming together.
With much of Kat’s family travelling from Spain, there was a lovely mixture of Spanish and English throughout the celebrations. Weddings like this always have a fantastic energy because you can see how much it means for everyone to be together in one place.
The speeches were full of personality and emotion, while the reception gave us plenty of opportunities to capture genuine reactions, laughter and conversations between guests.
Rather than directing those moments, we prefer to let them happen naturally and quietly capture them as they unfold.

Filming a Wedding at Eastwell Manor
Eastwell Manor gives us a brilliant variety of locations to work with throughout a wedding day.
The gardens provide a beautiful backdrop for an outdoor ceremony and relaxed couple footage, while the historic building adds a completely different atmosphere for the reception and evening celebrations.
Kat and Jordan’s day moved naturally between all of these spaces, which helped us create a wedding film that feels varied while still telling one complete story.
As the light softened later in the day, we were also able to capture some quieter moments of Kat and Jordan together away from the main celebrations.
Natural Wedding Videography in Kent
Our approach to wedding videography is always relaxed and unobtrusive.
We want couples to spend their wedding day enjoying themselves rather than worrying about where the camera is. Kat and Jordan’s wedding was a perfect example of why we work this way.
From the excitement before the ceremony and the reactions of family members to the speeches, drinks and celebrations later in the day, the best moments happened naturally.
